Bold Wellness Journal

Editorial policy

Our aim is to make wellbeing topics easier to think about, not to make every question sound settled. We write with care, state the scope of each piece and correct errors when we find them.

Accuracy and care

Writers should use reliable support for factual claims and make clear when a point is an interpretation, an example or a suggestion. We avoid presenting personal routines as universal, and we do not frame general articles as diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for professional care. If a claim cannot be explained clearly enough for a reader to assess, it does not belong in a confident headline.

Independence and corrections

Editorial decisions are made for the reader, not to secure a product mention or partnership. Relevant commercial relationships are disclosed, and partner work is kept distinct from independent editorial material. Readers may send a correction through the Contact page; we review specific, substantiated concerns and amend material where warranted, making significant corrections clear.

Partner material and illustrations

Sponsored or partner material is identified in plain language near the material so readers can tell what they are reading. Partner support does not buy a favorable editorial conclusion. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary image, it is identified accordingly.

Our point of view

Wellbeing is not a perfect routine

A useful idea has to fit a real day. We favor modest steps, plain language and room for people to make their own choices.
