Write for us

We welcome pitches that make a wellbeing subject clearer, more useful or easier to question. A strong proposal has a defined reader, a specific angle and a practical point that does not depend on hype.

What to propose

We consider clear explainers, thoughtful comparisons, background pieces and grounded guides to ordinary situations. Useful subjects include how a claim is worded, what changes when a routine is adjusted, or how to approach a small habit without treating it as a cure. Avoid unsupported health claims, product-first pitches and material that needs a professional recommendation to be safe.

Shape a useful pitch

Send a short summary of the central idea, why it suits Bold Wellness Journal, the reader it serves and the main points you would cover. Note any relevant expertise, sources or commercial connections without overstating them. A proposal should be original and focused; several possible headlines are less useful than one clear angle.

Where to send it

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. A pitch is a proposal, not a commission; do not submit unpublished work that you cannot offer elsewhere while awaiting a response.

Our point of view

Wellbeing is not a perfect routine

A useful idea has to fit a real day. We favor modest steps, plain language and room for people to make their own choices.
